There’s one main purpose of this website, and that is to fulfill my lifelong mission & dream of helping others find their connection to their authentic selves.
That means becoming as healthy, abundant, accountable, informed and loving as possible.
I love to share what I have learned and mastered throughout my life and particularly from my last 20 years of professional and intensive experience with 40+ healing modalities.
Having gone over many humps myself, I know that it’s easier said than done to release emotional and physical wounds, to have true financial abundance, smooth relationships, optimal fitness and health… all or most of the time…
But one thing I can tell you confidently is this: I am happy with all aspects of my life (well, okay, most of the time). I could not have imagined myself being able to say this during my earlier years, when I struggled with anxiety, chronic digestive issues, relationship problems, etc… I won’t bore you with a long sob story because you don’t have time for that.
What you DO have time for – or what you may strongly consider making time for – is taking care of YOUR happiness, well-being, and health.
I believe the information and tools I share with you can help you get to your optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual self, because I’ve seen them work, often miraculously, on myself as well as thousands of others.
As a successful BodyTalk practitioner and instructor, and having operated a thriving center in the middle of New York City, I have personally seen the therapeutic methods that I practice work so well for people, from getting over childhood traumas and phobias, getting rid of allergies, to even getting rid of cancer cells! (note: although the modalities that I share do have science behind them and many are proven via scientific studies, please understand that the statements that I make are not approved by the FDA, are for educational purposes only and cannot replace the advice of your medical provider.)
Over the past two decades, I have been traveling the world as a performer, speaker, teacher and healer, and I have loved every minute of it, even when it got overwhelming. But there were times when I was doing so much that I burnt myself out – when I was the one teaching people how to manage their stress and not be exhausted all the time! I wasn’t always honest with myself that I WAS tired. I knew so many techniques and tools, but I was losing balance.
That’s when I realized that I need to re-organize and pick and choose the best of all that I had learned and acquired. I manifested my dream home (literally out of thin air) in Northern California and left the intensity of my NYC life behind, to only be with myself, my camera and my guitar.
During this sabbatical, I created the Restore Your Soul method, combining Movement, Environment, Nourishment, Energy Balancing and Awareness into a complete wheel of what is necessary for a fully healthy life.
For Movement, I teach ways to move your body in specific ways, with a conscious focus, through Qi Gong. As a Certified Qi Gong instructor, I recommend this internal martial art for cultivating energy. I no longer feel drained, and I attribute this to being able to cultivate and maintain my energy level from my daily Qi Gong practice.
Environment is all about create a nurturing space, no matter where you are. You could be doing all the “right things,” eating all the good food in the world, having all sorts of wonderful therapies and gathering your energy through movement and meditation, but if you aren’t in harmony with your environment, you will still be leaking your energy and could be susceptible to illness. I share simple Feng Shui methods and other tools to help you restore harmony in your environment.
Nourishment is about how to find simple, fun ways to nourish and nurture yourself with nutritious and flavorful food and natural medicine. From easy, nutrient-dense recipes, nutritional education to using therapeutic grade essential oils, I love sharing my love of all things that nourish our bodies, minds, and souls.
I cannot be a true BodyTalker without telling you the importance of Energy Balancing. Being in tune with and knowing how to balance your energy means keeping all the communication lines open in your body, so you can identify any area of your life that needs a boost and restore health and well-being.
Last but not least — and perhaps the piece that ties it all together — is Awareness. Listening to the messages your body is giving to you. Establishing a connection with your inner voice. Tuning in to your surrounds. Freeing yourself from worry, anger fear, sadness and grief. These are things that help you tap into your infinite wisdom and free you from being a slave to your thoughts, emotions and subconscious patterns.
At this point in my life, I still travel a fair amount, and I am still very busy. But things have shifted for the better, and I am able to use my time more efficiently. I learned how to work smart, not hard – and really, I don’t even feel like I ever “work.”
Combining my expertise and training in BodyTalk, Qi Gong and other modalities with therapeutic grade essential oils has been a huge leap in my ability to sustain my energy and to serve even more people than I had ever imagined.
