I started getting menstrual cramps about 6 years ago, after a long stretch of many years without a single cramp. Since I really understood that every pain in the body contains a message, I was determined to find the underlying culprits in my life.
A combination of BodyTalk and meditation greatly improved the situation and gave me some good clues as to where to look for more answers. I determined 2 major things (which were related to each other) that I knew I could work with very tangibly:
- I was experiencing greater than normal stress
- On an acid/alkaline scale, my body was too acidic
In my post, “Tonight, We Upgrade Your Spirit,” I detail the primary thing I discovered to reduce stress (Qigong and Tai chi). While reducing stress will certainly help to balance too much acidity in the body, I knew there were other things I could do.
So, I embarked on a journey to discover what this whole pH business was all about and what are the ways to balance it. Through my research, I discovered that so many diseases are either a direct or indirect result of too much acidity in the body. To put it another way, if your body is acidic eventually you’ll get sick.
I also found that there are physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual causes of acidity and I researched them all. I’ll be sharing a number of practical ways to balance one’s pH, but the following videos present a bunch of basic solutions that are inexpensive and easy to implement.
