If you can start doing simple things to learn how to feel and recognize vibrations, you can start to say “you know what? I’m feeling off today,” and do something to make a change.
If I’m feeling stuck I just do something to change the energy flow. As soon as the energy starts flowing I’m no longer feeling stuck; if the energy is not stuck, I can’t feel emotionally stuck. That’s why people feel the urge to go for hardcore workouts: they feel the need to shift stuck energy, however the exertion necessary for intense workouts often depletes their inner sources of energy.
If you’re sweating a lot and pushing yourself, you are using more energy than you need. Ultimately you’re making a withdrawal from your bank account rather than a deposit. You can still go for a nice hike, but pay more attention to your body: do it more consciously and work with the energy flow to see if you can notice when you’re pushing yourself too hard and utilizing extra energy (stored in your adrenal glands) that you don’t want to waste. If you’re starting to feel depleted, take the energy from the earth and walk with it. Let the earth push your legs forward; suddenly it will be so much easier to move because you’re not even doing it. It’s like the earth is pushing you forward. Another option if you feel energetically depleted or over-exerted is to sit against a tree to recharge.
